Important Information Regarding COVID-19

In an effort to support national efforts to fight the COVID- 19 pandemic, our practice is taking the following steps to help assure your health and well-being and that of our community:

  • We are following directives from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the American Dental Association (ADA) as a way to limit patient and staff exposure to this virus.
  • Your health, and the health of our dedicated staff, matters to us, so going forward we will suspend all non-emergency care for three weeks.
  • Patients will be seen only for urgent and emergency dental needs.

What does this mean for my child?

At this time, our offices are still “open” and we are seeing and treating patients who are in dental pain or those we are concerned will be in pain in the next 30 days.

If you have a child that has a routine cleaning or treatment that can be delayed 30 days, we will be contacting you to reschedule these appointments as it becomes necessary.

If you have a child that is in pain, or is being referred to our office for dental pain, PLEASE contact our office so we can evaluate and help your child.

When will elective procedures resume?

As it stands, the CDC/ADA/MSDA has issued a halt to all non-emergency procedures until April 7, 2020.

At that time, if these agencies feel it is safe for us, and your child, to resume care we will begin contacting families immediately to schedule patients in a timely manner.

This is a difficult time for our offices and staff and we are struggle daily with the thought that there are children that need care that are unable to be seen. Please know that we are here for your families and we are working hard to make sure your children have a safe place to come to if they have immediate dental needs.

We thank you in advance and extend our gratitude for your understanding and cooperation. Together, we can help keep everyone as safe and healthy as possible. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our office, and one of our staff members will be more than happy to assist you.
